Dr. Kaplan attended the University of Texas, Southwestern, where he received his medical degree. He completed two residencies, one in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center and the other in cardiovascular disease at Emory University. He completed another residency at Grady Memorial Hospital. He continued his training by completing a fellowship in electrophysiology at Emory University. Dr. Kaplan obtained his bachelor’s degree at Washington University, St. Louis.
Dr. Kaplan is a part of Cardiovascular Associates of Mesa. He is a board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Kaplan is a member of the Heart Rhythm Society and the American College of Cardiology
