Dr Mallon was a lifesaver! He quickly found the cause of my issues and listened intently to my complicated case. He knew I needed proper neurological care combined with ENT care and urgently helped me get into a trusted neurologist. Taking a team approach to my issues - I finally feel on the mend after weeks of debilitating issues thanks to the care that Dr Mallon provides.

More about Dr. Andrew Mallon, DO

I knew I wanted to become a doctor when I was seven years old. My grandfather was a general practitioner and would allow me to join him on weekends when he made hospital rounds. His innate ability to listen to, comfort, and care for patients was inspiring, and I knew that I would help people in this same way one day. Empathy, communication and collaboration are the cornerstones of my patient care philosophy. I am eager to listen to my patients’ concerns, help them fully understand their diagnoses, and guide them through available treatment options, so they can make informed decisions about their care. Adults or pediatrics, I enjoy working with patients of all ages and I treat all cases as special and unique. My grandfather was my biggest inspiration professionally, and since he passed away I have carried on his legacy as a kind, passionate, and hard-working physician whose number one professional priority is his patients. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my patients' lives transformed for the better. It is an honor to be on staff at ENT Associates, an esteemed group of physicians and colleagues who share my professional mission to provide patients in need with timely, expert, and compassionate care.

My appointment with Dr Mallon was at 3:15 PM. Because ENT Florida has a Portal where I could complete all the necessary medical paperwork and forms prior to my appointment, it was a matter of walking up to the desk to advise them I had arrived, letting the nice lady copy my insurance cards and waiting for 5 minutes to be escorted to the examining room. A VERY PLEASANT Young lady took my BP and had barely finished when Dr. Mallon walked in. Dr Mallon was great. By 3:30 I was on my way home and my next appointment scheduled. I can't remember the last time I ever visited such an Organized office! EVERY employee I had contact with at ENT FLORIDA was PROFESSIONAL and very very nice. Good grief how could this many people be in such a good mood at three in the afternoon! I consider finding Dr Mallon via zocdoc....a heck of a lucky break. Every one in his office smiles at you, speaks to you and puts you instantly at ease. Old Dudes like me don't like to visit Doctors. This was a pleasant surprise.

Finally a doctor that gave me answers instead of sending me to get a test. He and his staff gave me a treatment plan and great instructions.
I had a very nice experience with Dr. Mallon and his staff today. I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, she genuinely asked how I was! She thanked me for taking the time to do my forms online and was promptly in with the Doctor within 5 minutes. Dr. Mallon asked me questions, looked at all the necessary parts, and fully explained what he was doing and what he was about to do. He was gentle and fully understood my issues that I know made his job harder. BUT... he was patient with this Patient and completed the scopes quickly and efficiently. He was calming and polite which made it easy on me. He gave his diagnosis, his thoughts and recommendations which I immediately reacted to. The scripts were ready to go at the pharmacy within 20 minutes of my visit, so I know he and his team responded immediately. I would highly recommend his office. It was a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Mallon is very thorough in his investigation and a very good listener to understand the symptoms I described. He proposed two options to take care of my issue, the easy one to start now and I have a follow up appointment in two months to assess the results. We go to option B if the first one doesn't provide the desired results.

Doctor Mallon had tried so hard to help me. I had seen several doctors as well as specialists in E.N.T,but none could help me as well as Dr. Mallon.I can breath and have no pain in my nose and throat. My constant coughings had stop.! I am so so grateful. Thank you so much for making this possible for me.

I thought he was very thorough... he took the time to speak with me about my concerns... he followed up with all testing he thought I should do.. advice what to do for the next 2 weeks... you don't find that now a days in a doctor.. with out a computer in front of them... thanks Dr Mallon for taking the time!!!

Excellent & professional
Dr. Mallon made me feel very relaxe very helpful. He explain everything so I would understand it. Dr. Mallon is one of the best Dr. I have seen is along time.
The office personnel are great! They even advised me ahead of time that there are some procedures that are not always covered by insurance and that I should ask the doctor for the prices prior to the procedures if need be. I was sure to ask Dr. Mallon ahead of time. He met with me, asked the normal questions, looked in my ears and nose then placed a camera up my nose to look further. Afterwards he brought in pricing for the nasal procedure he had already completed which came out to over xxx.xx out of pocket expense. He also suggested a xxx.xx hearing test which I declined. The problem is, I could not decline the procedure HE HAD ALREADY done. I was forced to spend my grocery money for the month on an unexpected bill that could have easily been avoided. I will never go back to this doctors office.
