Dr. Servinsky joined Brilliant Eyecare in 2004. His special interests are primary eye care and diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He also specializes in pediatric optometry. Dr. Servinsky is a member of the International Optometric Honor Society, the Maryland Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Servinsky is currently the treasurer of the Anne Arundel County Optometric Society. Dr. Servinsky has trained with Katzen Eye Care and The Krieger Eye Institute. In his spare time, he enjoy time with his daughter Gia and his wife Maria.

From Dr Andy to the ladies t the front desk, I was completely impressed! Dr Andy was fantastic with my 9 year old (her first time to the eye doctor) and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

I was really disappointed that I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. Mind you, I came in 20 minutes prior to my appointed time. It's ridiculous waiting almost an hour to get seen. Also, I wish the lady upfront would have told me that my they are an out of network provider for my insurance. Most clinics that I have gone to will tell me up front whether or not my insurance is cover under them. Now I am placing a claim to get reimbursed for my eye exam. I wish I went to another optometry where the staff informs me of the charges prior to getting seen.

I had a great first visit to Dr. S and Brilliant Eyecare. Dr S was VERY personable and took the time to answer all of my questions and give great feedback and advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and how his patients are treated. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist or for anyone considering a change.
