My visit was nice. I had some paperwork to when I arrived for my appointment. This prolonged my check-in and caused a longer wait time then anticipated but nothing too bad. Once I was checked-in, the medical assistant who took my vitals was professional and worked efficiently. The doctor was able to assess my needs and resolved my concerns in a professioal and timely manner. I felt comfortable speaking and interacting with each person. Great bedside manner. Thanks for the help guys.

Dr Teffeau and his nurse are fantastic! I had some frustration trying to schedule an appointment at first. The coordinator wouldn’t let me self pay with my old insurance but I have a new job and switched to a new insurance that they accepted. I rescheduled after the new insurance started and was very pleased with my appointment. They are compassionate, nonjudgmental, caring, and great listeners. They treat you as an individual and look at the full picture of your health. They don’t make assumptions or talk over you. They listen and answer questions. I felt like an active part of my own care rather than a bystander. It’s been a very long time since I have encountered this level of care. I’m deeply grateful to have a primary care provider that I can count on and who I feel comfortable making an appointment with the next time I have a health concern. I no longer feel anxious about finding a physician that I can trust because I found both a physician and nurse!

I thought it was very informative, and I got the care I needed. Dr. Teffeau was very thorough and answered all my questions. I feel like now I know what's wrong, we are taking care of it, and I know I can call him if I have any unexpected symptoms. I think he's wonderful.
