Y’all! If you have pain this is the place to go! I’ve had such severe pain that i couldn’t sit, literally laying down during the car ride there. I have had to work from my bed because I couldn’t sit without extreme pain. Doctor Santiago was AMAZING. Within minutes he realized I had been misdiagnosed as to what caused the pain, and he targeted the issue, and educated me! When I tell you I sat up for the drive home. You may not know what a miracle that feels like, but to me it was Everything I needed!

Born and raised in the heart of Bayonne, New Jersey, Dr. Santiago's journey took him from the depths of the ocean to the world of chiropractic care. At just 22 years old, he embarked on a remarkable adventure, joining the U.S. Navy and training as a Hull Technician at the Groton, Connecticut Nuclear Submarine Base. His path was destined for even greater challenges as he set his sights on becoming a Navy SEAL, commencing his B.U.D.S. training in Coronado, California. However, fate had different plans in store. A lower back injury and wrist injuries during his training meant a different chapter awaited him. Returning to the fleet, it was here that he met the love of his life, Denise.
After his service, Dr. Santiago faced another battle—finding relief for his injuries through the V.A. Healthcare system. Disappointed by the limited options available, he persevered, earning his bachelor’s degree in biology at Northern Arizona University.
But the turning point came when he sought chiropractic care at the recommendation of his wife, a long-time chiropractic patient. For the first time, he found relief from his Navy injuries. Fueled by this transformative experience, Dr. Santiago knew his calling lay in chiropractic care, offering a non-invasive path to a pain-free life
He moved his family to the city of Dallas, Texas, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic. Settling in Lewisville, TX, he realized this was where he wanted to raise his family and establish Santiago Family Chiropractic. Now, with deep roots in Texas and a heart full of compassion, Dr. Santiago is dedicated to helping as many people as possible achieve the dream of a pain-free life through the power of chiropractic care.
Dr. Santiago has now brought his 18 years of experience to Gun Barrel City with is lovely wife Denise now that both of their boys have graduated from college. They enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, RVing as well as cooking.

Been seeing Dr. Santiago almost 18 years now. He's the BEST! Always ready to help in any way he can. He and his wife, Denise (front desk) are the nicest people you could want to meet. Dr. Santiago has kept me mobile all these years! I see him regularly as my problem is ongoing as I have Post Polio. The adjustments are wonderful and keep my immune system in tip top shape as an added benefit! Going to see Dr. and Mrs. Santiago is a breath of fresh air which I get once a week!

1st time visit yesterday. And it won't be my last! Thank you Dr. Santiago for a GREAT experience! Walked in and was greeted immediately by name by Denise at the front desk. Filled out some quick paperwork, waited a few minutes and got quickly to the back. Dr. Santiago chatted with me for a few minutes to understand what was going on with my lower back. Didn't BS me about how misaligned my spine was compared to the skeleton model, didn't jump to giving me an x-ray, didn't prescribe me a 3x/week for 12 week plan (All of which I've experienced before at other chiro practices). Got me hooked up on some electrode pads then some adjustments on the bed. In and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Santiago is very personable and doesn't make you feel stupid using all the "Doctor lingo" even though he's WAY smarter than us! lol Love the local practice that he and his family have setup in Lewisville. Get your appt scheduled today!

Santiago was A plus in every single way!! I was nervous about having my neck & back “popped” for fear of pain and discomfort … but he was professional and kind & had a very engaging personality to boot!
