She has a Top Doctor award and deserves it. Congratulations Dr. Merlo! Yes I recommend.
Best place for staying healthy. She spoke to me as a real person. I felt very comfortable. No rush. And she told me things no other doctor had bothered to do. Yes I highly recommend.
The doctor came across as annoyed by my appointment due to recent snow. The nature of my appointment was already an uncomfortable subject and she just added to the discomfort. She didn't seem to actively listen to me as a patient and I wouldn't recommend her.
She Helped me a lot in a short time.
Very knowledgeble. Not fast to order medication, likes to find natural alternatives first.
Very pleasant. Professional. Listens. Paid attention to me. Calms my anxiety. Has a plan to help me feel better.
Everything you need in a specialist. And she listens!
Dr. Merlo is a physician you can trust.
Great doctor. I did not feel rushed. She listened to me. Very impressive. Loved the online registration of forms. No hassle experience. Highly recommended.
Better than a trusted friend.
Awesome experience. Very professional. Friendly atmosphere. Knows more than others. I know I am in he right place.
Such a comfortable experience after all my anxiety about meeting a new doctor I found on the web. Seemed like a trusted friend on my first visit. Easy to talk to. And she listened. Very helpful staff. And she has a plan to help me that no one else very did for me. I cannot wait to feel better. I think she will make me be me again.
Found her on the web. Exceeded my expectations. Pleasant, easy to talk to, knows her specialty, Office manager courteous and very helpful. I am happy to have my medical problem taken care of with such ease and professionalism.
This was an awful visit. The doctor had an air of superiority and acted as though she was doing me a favor by seeing me. She requested information that I did not have, nor did I know that I was required to bring, and seemed annoyed that I could not provide it. Never did she ask if she could call a primary care doctor or even if I could call and have information faxed over. She held herself professionally although she acted as if she felt she was better than me. I did not complete appointment.
Very knowledgable and clearly an expert in her field. Happy to have found her.
No receptionist, no nurse, the physician seemed incompetent, not friendly, neither understanding her patients' needs or complaints.
My experience with Dr. Merlo was horrible. In my experience, she presents as very rude, lacks consideration, and I could not trust her medical advice. Dr. Merlo does not return phone calls or e-mails and even doesn't respond to other physician's requests. She lacks patience and is very short with explanations.
Was great having a doctor actually spend time listening to what has been going on and is trying to figure out what's wrong with me and a solution to make me better!!
She was great. Very "matter of fact" and factual. Her approach to my issues was direct and no nonsense. Exactly what you want in a specialist!
