With over 15 years in the health and wellness field, Angela’s journey began as a personal trainer at a luxury fitness club, a holistic health counselor, and a yoga instructor. She is also trained in Ayurveda and certified as a meditation teacher in Rishikesh, India. Her unique background—including a prior career as a CPA—gives her a grounded, multidimensional approach to healing.
Specializing in musculoskeletal pain, women’s health, and reproductive concerns, Angela blends traditional Chinese medical techniques such as electrical stimulation (e-stim), tui na (Chinese medical massage), moxa (warming technique), gua sha (myofascial release), and topical herbal applications with modern insights such as orthopedic assessments, fitness, yoga, and mindfulness. She integrates corrective exercises, nutritional guidance, and meditation into her treatments to support healing beyond the clinic.
Having navigated her own sports injuries and fertility journey, Angela brings deep empathy and lived experience to her practice. She is passionate about helping others live pain-free and in harmony with their bodies.
