Dr. Slota and her entire office are super nice and diligent to make sure as a team you are as healthy as possible. They also make you super comfortable to be open and honest. You’re a priority rather than a number and this is probably the best doctor/nurse/admin/doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had.

Great experience as a first timer. i barely waited to be helped when i checked in. The staff and doctor Slota were all friendly and helpful. Dr took her time to explain and listen to my health issues. Also not to forget Natalia one of the doctor assistante very kind and caring. i highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent appointment and experience with the Doctor

I've seen Dr slota several times, I went in this time for upper respiratory issues, Dr Slota did not physically examine me. 24 hours later I was diagnosed with pneumonia and pink eye which Dr slota would have caught if she would have done even a minimal physical exam. Huge oversight and I won't be returning to her care.

The first nurse went to lunch (and she was sweet) however, the nurse that was should have covered her patients while she was gone never came, and left me waiting for over 30 minutes, my original nurse was apologetic…when she returned and told me what happened, but the one who forgot also came in and was not even remotely sorry and quite rude and rushed and wouldn’t even look me during the entire time.. Did not care for her bedside manner ruined my whole experience… on top of the fact that she could not draw blood, poked me twice and got nothing and I had to go to lab for my actual blood work cause they don’t know how to do it in house.

Doctor Slota was very personable and understanding in addition to being professional in my first time meeting her. She made sure to address all of my issues and I felt like I was truly heard as a patient. Her medical assistant Natalia was also very understanding and did an outstanding job putting me at ease during my visit at the office. I would like to congratulate Ascension Medical Group in their choice to hire Dr Slota and Natalia as the hospital and the community is lucky to have them. I hope they are rewarded for their efforts and selflessness. Thank you.

This was my first time being seen by Dr. Slota for an annual physical and I couldn’t have been happier with the kindness and professionalism of both Dr. Slota and her medical assistant. I’ve started seeing Dr. Slota when I was frustrated with my old primary’s office. I went with surprising new health concerns and she was very nice, listened, voiced her thoughts and concerns and I never feel like she’s talking down to me like I feel a lot of doctors do. Her MA’s have all been great too. One of the very few places I feel real comfortable the entire time I’m there from checkin to check out.

I was so happy with the all the staff and the doctor. I received a phone call twice, letting me know what I needed before I arrived at the appointment.
The doctor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and super nice.
I am pretty sure I was the last patient and the staff member waited for me to fill out paperwork so I didn’t have to fax it in to her tomorrow.
