I had a great experience with this doctor, as always. She listened to my health concerns and provided me with next steps. I felt heard, and she explained everything clearly. The front desk staff and nurses were also very friendly. Also, I arrived early for my appointment, and they were able to see me a few minutes before my scheduled time. Overall, it was a great experience!

The office was very chaotic. They had a sign up that said take a number and have a seat. I followed this instruction and waiting for nearly 40 minutes until one of the receptionists was off of the phone to go up and be checked in. She apologized and said they don't really use that number system. I think having people line up or having a paper sign in sheet would have made the experience more efficient. The actual waiting room was pretty strange too. People were watching videos without headphones and someone was sleeping in the corner and snoring loudly. Overall, it wasn't the experience I expected and probably won't come back. The actual doctor visit was fine, but she wasn't fully able to help. I was seeking a prescription renewal because my former doctor no longer accepts my insurance. She said she wasn't familiar with that medication and couldn't prescribe it. I showed her I had previously been prescribed it and that didn't change her mind.

I don't like going to doctor's but this doc was very kind and a great listener. Very smart, I asked all my questions and she had answers for all of them. Did not feel judged, even though I was anxious Dr, Babuji was patient with me. The nurse was really nice too.

She's very nice, pretty chill person and knowledgeable. Pretty open for questions. I feel like she could explain the next steps a bit better like more thoroughly but she's still pretty good. I went in for a physical and it went smoothly. I'm gonna keep her as my regular.

Appointment was fine and quick. The only thing that was annoying is that they only do blood work Monday-Wednesday 10-1pm so I have to now go to an outside place to get that done.

Dr. Babuji is one of the only, if not the only, medical professional I've ever seen who wasn't mental health-focused that was truly attentive. She made me feel heard and was genuinely interested in learning everything about me in my first visit appointment to make sure she could direct me in my future health endeavors in the most successful way possible for me. She was a wonderful resource and I did not feel rushed or intimidated, but rather comfortable and taken seriously.
