The wait time was about 20 mins but I'm a new patient so it's understandable. Dr. Tran is very kind and takes the time to figure out what is going on with you. It's a small clinic but it is very clean. He really knows his stuff. The medical assistants up front were also really amazing and friendly.

Dr made me feel like I was drug seeking. Was in a bad car crash and had several disc bulges from it. I explained to the I had epidurals done, but they have worn off. I told him what works for pain and what doesn’t. Dr literally told me his back is worse than mine and if I just deal with it that it will just go away. I’ve been dealing with it for over a year. Most uncomfortable experience ever.like I said made me feel like a drug seeker even though I told him I just moved and have a pain specialist lined up or I would of gone to my old dr.

I was nervous because I am transgender and this is a private practice, and they had a sign that said "Pray more, worry less" so I wasn't sure if I might be judged from a religious perspective, but Dr. Tran and his staff were welcoming and professional and took care of my physical needs as well as having an awareness for my best interest considering medical cost/insurance coverage. I would go back.

The office was terrible. The front desk was so slow, someone that arrived after me was seen first, and I was there for a full hour just to get a flu shot! So disorganized, never coming back.

He was very, very knowledgable and kind. He really knew what he was talking about. His assistants were great. I will continue seeing him as long as I live in Tustin! If you're looking for a doctor who is not a jerk, not too busy to care, not arrogant and rude, go see Dr. Tran!
