I was greet as soon as I walked in, everyone was so kind and courteous. I had I believe 2 nurses assist me with getting blood work and asking me questions. Both were kind and made you feel at ease. Anika is absolutely wonderful, listened to my concerns, advised me of what treatment or test was ordered and let me know why. Even checking out the front desk was extremely helpful with looking into my benefits. This is a cohesive environment and runs like a well oiled machine everyone is on point and so friendly.

My wait was entirely too long. Granted I was a little late due to not being able to find the building however, my wait was almost 2 hours. It probably would have been 2 hours had I not said I was leaving if the doctor didn't come in the next 10 minutes. I was also annoyed that doctor came in and asked me EVERYTHING the nurse just asked me. What was the purpose of the nurse asking me and taking notes just for me to have to repeat myself?.

Had an unexpected emergency on a Monday, and Dr Anika got me right in. She’s very passionate, knowledgeable and unlike some professionals in this field, she’s genuinely caring.
