After earning her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Dr. Anira Rashid received her doctorate of osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Rashid treats patients of ages 5 and older. She provides annual physical exams and treats a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions such as cold and flu symptoms, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. Being an advocate for women’s health, Dr. Rashid also performs pap tests and well-woman exams.
