Anisha Rastogi, MD, is a pediatrics resident. She hails from the Midwest and attended undergraduate at Wash U in St. Louis and earned her MD/PhD in neural engineering at Case Western Reserve University. Clinically, she has a strong interest in helping patients with neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD, autism, and cerebral palsy; and patients with functional conditions such as migraines and chronic fatigue. She is particularly interested in improving transitions of care for these patients as they reach adolescence and adulthood, with the eventual goal of providing a lifespan model of outpatient care for these individuals. As a physician, Dr. Rastogi hopes to transcend the traditional, pathology-based model to medical practice and enhance biopsychosocial wellness for people of all brain and body types, through medical, behavioral, research, and social interventions. Her professional goals are motivated by her personal experiences as a neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBT identifying trauma survivor who has loved ones with disabilities.
Outside of work, Dr. Rastogi enjoys crocheting, walking in nature, cuddling with her two adorable cats, playing board games, trying new vegetarian foods, dreaming up new fantasy universes, teaching herself to sketch – and perhaps many other endeavors, as she seems to pick up a new hobby every year!
