Having been in private practice for 5 years prior to arriving in Houston, Dr. Fulton enjoys the quality of personalized care she gives in this setting. Her compassionate nature is what sets her apart from other physicians.
After giving birth to herdaughter in 2007, she realized that women enjoy added services in addition toquality medical care. She thought that opening New Experience OB/GYN and Medspa as a component to her practice would give patients and their families the added benefit of beauty and relaxation.
She believes that this is the future of medicine and what patients want.
Dr. Fulton is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a member of the International Society of Cosmetogyncccologists.

Dr. Fulton was very professional and efficient. Once I got back into the examination room the whole appointment only took about 15 minutes. Which was perfect as it was just a yearly well woman exam. I will certainly be back for any of my OB needs in the future.

Dr. Fulton was WONDERFUL! I was nervous, after having a not-so-great visit with the last gyno I saw, which is why I switched to Dr. Fulton. I found her in the list of providers on my insurance company's website. She was courteous, friendly, and really listened to what I had to say. I especially LOVED that she explained EVERY SINGLE STEP in the exam process as she went along. It totally put me at ease. I will definitely stick with Dr. Fulton from now on, and will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a physician.

My first visit I was sadly late... I'm not from Houston I was so worried I might not even be seen so I didn't call and took a chance. It's my first baby no idea what to do- the assistants helped and guided me right away. I did wait a little for Doctor Fulton but it's understandle she does have other patients and I did get there late, meanwhile I was waiting I was also helped by a nurse, I got my shots everything was ready for when the doctor came in and explained to me everything that will happen regarding my pregnancy Doctor visits and all that. It was my first Pap smear ?? she made me feel a bit comfortable even though that was terrible lol. It's only my first visit but I can already tell I chose the right doctor not only because of the doctor but as soon as you get there you just feel the wonderful atmosphere and good vibes from her employees and herself!

Dr. Fulton was great, however my original appointment was cancelled at the last minute, and the rescheduled appointment was not for another 3 weeks later, and then the wait time was outrageous. Over 2 hours I waited for a scheduled appointment.

Do not see Doctor Fulton! I was in a terrible amount of pain and went in to see why. Dr. Fulton had an ultra sound ordered and found out that my IUD had moved out of place. I tried to schedule an appointment to have it removed and it took a month for her to finaly see my again to "attempt" to remove it. In this "attempt" she ended up moving my IUD even more causing more pain. Long story short after fighting her over it I had an outpatient procedure at St. Luke's to have it removed. This was the worse most unprofessional doctors office I've ever visited. Dr. Fulton and her staff are very rude and disrespectful.

Set up an appointment through ZocDoc last week and I immeditly got a call from a receptionist asking if it was okay to change the time of the appointment, she was pleasent and polite, I agreed. Today I went in for my appointment 20 minutes early, filled out my paperwork, and was called back five minutes after my appointment time. I waited in the appointment room for half an hour to see the doctor.
Dr. Fulton was poliet, asked questions about my medical history and what I wanted. She explained the limits of my insurance and answered all of my questions. The appointment was quick and only talk due to having to get my insurance's approval for the procedure, but I was impressed with Dr. Fulton's bedside manor.

The staff are rude, the wait time was long as hell since dr Fulton wasn't able to deliver my baby she didn't want to see me for my 2 weeks check up. Theirs been plenty of times when the staff said the left voice mails, but didn't even try to call they're liars, and thenwould also reschule my appointments without letting me know.

I really liked how at ease she made me feel. I seemed to be more okay with what I believe she was already thinking was going on with me and so she opened up a bit more to talk to me. I understand without the results of the biopsy she doesn't want to assume anything, but I still wanted some of the what if's answered and after doing the biopsy she talked more about them. I will keep going to see her for all my female issues.

This Dr. Was very rude and unprofessional. I will never come back here. I layer on a table for 30 minutes to 45 minutes waiting on her. She came in rude and rushy. She wouldn't even hear me out about my concerns since my mother is stage 4 ovarian cancer. This place is a joke I will find someone who cares bc Dr. Fulton doesnt!

Dr.Fulton is the greatest she made me so comfortable!! I was very nervous and wanted to run away; but the entire staff from the moment I walked in was so kind and pleasant. I have thin veins the woman Tiffany took my blood and I didn't feel a thing. Yes Dr. Fulton and her entire staff should be recommended.

Dr. Fulton is a wonderful professional however her support staff and office manager are incompetent. They advised me I could not be seen for a basic appointment without a referral which is highly inaccurate and not correct after speaking with my insurance company, needless to say I left the appointment and will never return to the office due to poor business practices. Very unfortunate but not worth the long drive.
