Dr. Sood is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. She listens and addresses all of my concerns. You might have to wait to see her sometimes, but she takes her time with you to address your problems.

The staff is friendly and the office is big and clean. Dr. Sood was very attentive. I'd definitely recommend this office/doctor. The only downside was that the wait was a bit lengthy...but I guess that seems to be the norm with all doctors offices.

Good doctor, but her office is so bad, it is unbelievable. Every time I go there, there is a mistake on my file. They loose my insurance, and it is very hard to get a prescription refill.
When I talked to the pharmacy about it, they said her office is notorious for mishandling prescriptions.
My last appointment they "forgot" I was there. They said there was a glitch in the system. And even after talking to them several times I had to wait over an hour before I saw the doctor.

She took time to visit with me and ask questions about my history, concerns, etc. She was friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my vsit and would definitely continue to see her.

I really like Dr. Sood; however, I did have to wait for a little more than 30 minutes to see her even though I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment that I assumed was one of the first of the day.
I do like the ability to make appointments on line; that is a wonderful convenience. However, I like to be taken on time for my doctor appointments as I am always on time and ready.

I was truly impressed. The office appearance was spacious, clean and modern. The young ladies at the front desk were courteous and professional. They processed my paperwork efficiently. The medical attendant, Jason, was attentive and thorough with getting my vitals status. I met Dr Sood and was happy with her bedside manner. She reassured me of my value as a patient and her availability if needed. Impressive service. Thank you.
