Transforming care
Life during perimenopause is hard enough. Add mood changes, stubborn weight gain, sleep disturbances, brain fog, and hot flashes, and you probably have many questions and concerns. Those concerns are legitimate, worth discussing, and there are treatments to help you feel better. I believe you deserve to have your symptoms heard and treated with the most up-to-date information and medications that can help you feel your best.
A modern approach
Many of my clients come to me saying, ?They told me my labs were normal, but I don't feel good.? That's why it's essential that my clients start with a 60-minute visit to allow plenty of time to explore what's going on. From there, clients receive personalized suggestions and a customized approach to hormone therapy, weight loss, and symptom management as they navigate life in perimenopause and menopause. This may include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, weight loss medications such as semaglutide, and thyroid support. That way, you get a solution that's evidence-based, safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. In other words, this isn't your typical visit to the GYN.
