I had a wellness appointment scheduled with another provider but had to change to someone else last minute. I asked for whoever was available. It happened to be Meah McCray. I get anxiety going to the doctor's sometimes, and I was feeling it today. As soon as I got into her office, I felt at ease. She is really friendly, easy to talk to, and got me in and out really quick. I'd definitely recommend.

Hearing about the experiences others have went thru simply trying to be heard and attempting to advocate for themselves made me hesitant. But Meah Mccray has been wonderful. I never feel like I'm being judged. I don't feel the need to mask or code switch. I simply show up as my authentic self. And am treated with dignity and compassion. I am truly thankful!

Lifestance health is a very large mental health provider. That being said, my own personal experience with them has been good overall. My provider is always quick to get back to any questions I have. She is always helpful and willing to meet if I have a concern.

Meah is great a what she does. She listen and very attentive to your needs, I’ve been coming to her for years . I recommend her to everyone especially if you only like to see a female.

Getting use to new things can be a little trying for me. Talking to someone over zoom was not as frightening as I thought it would be. She ask me different questions about what I was feeling and seeing or hearing, I mostly like that she went over the medication that I 'm taking and subject that because of my age Getting off some of them. She did a follow-up appointment much earlier than I expected. She even spoke with my daughter, I feel she heard me and will work to help me with my mental health issues.
