Anna Turner has been a sports dietitian for over ten years and has worked in a variety of athletic facilities. She earned her Associate's degree from Lake Land College, a Bachelor's in Human Nutrition from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and a Master's from Concordia University Chicago. Anna spent the first half of her career working in full-time collegiate athletics, serving as an intern at the University of Kansas and University of Illinois, before joining the full-time staff at the University of Notre Dame. In 2016, Anna joined St. Vincent Sports Performance in Indianapolis, IN, where she contracted with local teams such as the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Fever, Ball State University, and Butler University. Through her experience at the performance center, she developed a passion for building programs that reach many athletes at once. In 2020, she launched a virtual program with ProTeam Tactical Performance while also establishing her private practice, Anna Turner LLC. Anna now consults with Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, Bradley University, University of Illinois-Chicago, and Indiana Wesleyan University, providing virtual programs and 1:1 consultations. Athletically, Anna is an avid cyclist and triathlete and is excited to get back to racing!
