I have been privileged to care for women as a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist for 25 years. After graduating from Brown University magna cum laude, I obtained my medical degree at Duke University, then completed my residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. Since then I have maintained a private practice affiliated with Cornell.
My practice is personalized. I strive to maintain a relationship with each of my patients based on mutual respect, and to help them address any problem they may have. I believe it is important to allow ample time to discuss medical and family history, to listen carefully to all concerns, and to assure that examinations and procedures are as free from discomfort as possible. I collaborate with my patients to maintain their best state of health, to ensure that they feel comfortable coming to me with any issues or questions that arise related to gynecology or any other medical or personal problem.
Providing the best care I am able to deliver to women of all ages continues to bring me immense satisfaction.
