She has been thorough and patient with us in the office, and even went above and beyond helping us with an issue on a Friday evening after business hours. Dr. Tuohy is great! She is very sympathetic to my husband and my concerns. She is great with our baby, and truly enjoys her. Dr. Tuohy is also very proactive and looks out for the well-being of her patients and their families.

Welcomes Dr. Anne Marie Tuohy, MD
The physicians and staff of Kennesaw Pediatrics are very pleased to introduce Dr. Anne Marie Tuohy, (pronounced “two-E”). Dr. Tuohy joined Kennesaw Pediatrics this November after practicing for 10 years with Northern Lights Pediatrics in the suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota. She recently moved back to the Atlanta area after growing up here. She has been around the country and is thrilled to be back home and closer to her family.
Dr. Tuohy enjoys all aspects of pediatrics, from newborn care through adolescents, and looks forward to establishing new relationships with our KP families. Her areas of particular interest include children with behavioral issues, developmental delays, and psychological ailments. In addition, Dr.Tuohy has been involved in asthma camp in Minnesota as a camp physician and wants all asthma patients to have an action plan for home and school.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tuohy is a nature lover and enjoys being outdoors. A few other hobbies include yoga, Irish dancing, traveling and reading. Most important of all, though, is her role of mother to 3 wonderful children who she says “have taught me the virtue of patience.”
