We got there a little early. It's a storefront. On the door it says it isn't open on Monday, but that's not true. They open at 11 in Mondays.

Very caring, thorough, and kind doctor and store employee (Analise, at reception). Dr. Liang answered all my questions and then some. Wish my insurance were accepted for a full, rather than partial, pair of glasses and contact lenses (contact lenses weren’t covered at all, including the exam for them), but I should have made sure with my insurance company first. Also wish there were more employees working on the day of my appointment so I could try on more glasses. But it’s a small business, and it’s possible they were out to lunch, so I was content to look into glasses during my next appointment a week later instead. Before her lunch break, Analise kindly gave me a rough estimate for glasses using one frame I had tried on so that I could have those numbers in the meantime. Looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful Dr! Very professional, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and an exceptionally pleasant manner. They seem to have all the latest equipment as well. Highly recommended!

Annie was great, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive to any questions I had regarding insurance and talks to you like you’re stupid. Again, the doctor was lovely, unfortunately with how the front desk woman made me feel, I won’t be returning.

Friendly staff and the wait wasn’t long, but it is a fairly small office so I can see how if there’s a couple more people scheduled close by the wait could be longer. The staff is extremely sweet and funny. The doctor herself is so understanding and helpful, she explains everything with clarity. Extremely recommended!!
