After graduating with honors from University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Dr. Ansley Hilton completed her residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. There she was recognized as the Outstanding Surgical Resident in 2006. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors at Piedmont Medical Center and is a member of the SC Ob/Gyn Society and the York County Medical Society.
At home, Dr. Hilton has a busy life as well. She has been married to Richard for over 20 years and they have four children. She is currently serving on the School Improvement Council, is active at at her church, and is an avid reader. Recently Dr. Hilton participated in the Fort Mill Dancing with the Stars in 2013 and 2014 helping to raise over $17,000 for middle school sports. Recognizing that exercise is one of the most important keys to healthy living, Dr. Hilton loves sports of all kinds.

The staff were all very accommodating, friendly and professional. I'm always hesitant with new doctors as it tends to be a coin toss but Dr. Hilton carefully considered my concerns and has clearly had a lot of experience. My experience with Dr. Hilton was the absolute best interaction with any doctor I've ever had. She knew my background before walking through the door to greet me for the first time. She listened to me. Her demeanor was that of genuine interest. I wanted to hug this woman because she didn't see me as just another insurance quota or person to push through. She actually cared!!!

The office staff & procedures are always very efficient. Dr. Hilton was familiar with my chart & treatments before she even entered the room, even though I haven't been in since last year. Dr. Hilton was great about explaining all the details so that I could make good decisions about a treatment change.
