I had a previous appointment with Dr. Gyang at a Kissimmee, FL location which was a 100 mile drive roundtrip for me so two years later when I learned that he had an office in Orlando, I was thrilled. Again, he was very professional and well informed about the symptoms I reported. I will be returning for further visits.

The first visit I had with Dr. Gyang was great he explained everything thoroughly and was friendly. The second time however it was not so great. It was very quick and the demeanor changed when I asked to go with a different type of Birth Control. I had originally decided to go for the shot BC but after reviewing cons online I wanted to go for the pill to have better control. When I said I had changed my mind the assistant looked put off and then the doctor seemed to want to run from me when I asked about the pros and cons. "Listen at the end of the day its your decision" I know that, but hearing it from a doctor might of helped me want to make the final decision. Any who I will probably go to a different doctor next time.

Dr. Gyang was very personable and knowledgeable. He gladly discussed with me everything that I wanted to talk about. He made sure to have his staff check for the difference in out-of-pocket expenses for me at two different locations for a procedure that I am planning to have done in the near future. His staff is friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable in their office during my first time visit.

The office said information i filled out on zocdoc to comfirm my appointment doesn't show up in there system...why did i have to fill it out on zocdoc then? I gave all my personal informationt I'm not happy about that but my appointment was good.
