Hi, I am Anthony. I believe my practice is more than just a service; it's a shared journey. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all solution, especially when it comes to prescribing medications. Instead, I focus on a comprehensive, team-based approach to treatment, exploring all avenues of care that respect your unique story and health goals. Recognizing that managing conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia is a lifelong journey. I am committed to finding the right balance in your treatment regimen, patiently adjusting as we discover what works best for you.
I encourage you to choose a provider that fits you. In psychiatry, I think finding someone you connect with is more important than in any other specialty. I understand I am not for everyone. If you choose me, we will grow together in this space. I aim to provide immediate support and lay the groundwork for your continued growth and well-being. With plans to expand into in-person sessions, I look forward to creating a more dynamic and versatile practice that meets your evolving needs.
I opened my practice with certain goals and philosophies in mind. My practice emphasizes a collaborative partnership between therapist and client. I am not calling all the shots. I am here to educate, inform, and guide. Believing strongly in the power of therapeutic alliances, I aim to empower you with the tools and understanding needed for lasting change.
Just to add a little bit more about myself and my journey as a professional: Starting as a traveling RN, I moved up to being a traveling PMHNP in early 2021; I have worked in 10 states and 14 different cities. I've worked inpatient and outpatient with dual diagnosis clients, psychosis units, and across all life spans. This has equipped me with a broad spectrum of experiences, from working with diverse and uniquely different populations like student-athletes to war refugees.
