Alex is sharp and caring. She gave me a good review of my bloodwork. I had missed an appointment for that earlier. She gave me referrals for mental health which I followed up on but unfortunately, they also did not want to treat me outpatient. I’m left without so much as my antidepressant again and leaving California to go back to a more supportive system and environment. I realize I am just “too much” for these bougie providers. It’s sad. Makes me feel very incapable after essentially being fired by two fancy clinics. Makes me wonder if there’s some mystery dossier on me or dark web expose. Even though she’s a good nurse physicians assistant, it’s pretty sad I haven’t been able to access care readily. Not even to keep me stably on an antidepressant months after my mom died.

My experience was outstanding . The front desk
Was very helpful and efficient. The office is setup to be contemporary without being too "trendy". The DR. Was the best I've dealt with overall in years. Upfront and clear with possible diagnosis.
Unfortunately my insurance was not quite acceptable. However that might be something that can be remedied.
