As usual, Doctor Gulati delivered a superlative performance. A great listener, answers questions right away and does not make one feel as if the question was not relative to the complaint. Gets right to the point as to what might be causing the ailment and has quick solutions. Dr. Gulati truly cares about her patients.

I was a new patient and scheduled an appointment at 2:45 and was seen earlier (since I arrived at 2:00 to fill out paper work). I was out of there by 2:45. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and the diagnosis was right on point. I would recommend.

Wait wasn't that long, less than 30 minutes and Dr. Gulati always gets to the bottom of what your issue is. She doesn't just hand u a prescription and say take these and call me. She tries to really find out what's going on with you. I love that!

Easy first-time appointment procedure (and the office staff was nice enough to warn me about requirements from my particular insurance provider, which I much appreciated). The new patient forms were short and easy with the standard boilerplate.
For what it is worth, I really hate going to the doctor, and tend to have terrible anxiety about before and while I'm there, but this experience was positive. The assistant who took my vital signs was sweet and kept up conversation about topics other than medical ones, which helped with the anxiety. I waited very briefly, and then was seen by the doctor. Dr. Gulati was kind and easy to talk to. Our appointment was friendly, brief, and straight to the point - just what I like. She quickly diagnosed my malady and prescribed medicine that offered nearly immediate relief. Of course, I happened to have a common problem with great medicine available, but she did listen to me with kindness and made me feel better, so I feel very lucky to have found a good doctor on short notice.

She is very approachable. I felt very comfortable when talking with her. She is laid back but is thorough. She will now become our families main doctor.

Office staff was a little slow to acknowledge that I had walked into the building (more than three minutes without any greeting at all). But there was practically no wait time after that to see the doctor. The physician's assistant (Bunny) who took my vitals and history was very professional and friendly. Dr. Gulati was also friendly and knowledgeable, but the exam was very perfunctory for a new patient physical. I was looking for a new primary care physician and don't know that I have found one.
