Dr. Anuj Lal was born and raised in Skokie and joined Orchard Medical Group in 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Illinois-Chicago and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Evanston Hospital, through the University of Chicago, and is board certified in Internal Medicine. He initially worked as a Hospitalist for NorthShore University for one year, then subsequently worked in a small group practice in Highland Park for 5 years before joining Orchard Medical Group. In his practice, Dr. Lal values the opportunity to provide accessibility and personalized care while developing strong relationships with his patients. He is on staff at Evanston and Glenbrook Hospitals, where he has admitting privileges to care for his patients and offer important continuity should they ever need hospitalization. Dr. Lal is married and lives in Chicago with his wife and young daughter. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and is a loyal Chicago sports and Fighting Illini fan. He is especially proud that the Cubs were the first World Series champions in his daughter's lifetime.

Felt very comfortable with the doc and his staff
He took his time with me didn't rush me or push me to take any medicine that I didn't need he was funny and felt like I was taking to a friend of mine that's how how comfortable he made me feel. Did not take long at all honestly my appointment was at 940 and 940 it was not a second late and didn't hold me up in the office for long at all.
