He was very friendly and easy to talk to. The best part was he listened and spent as much time as was required for me, didn’t rush at all
My experience with Dr. Malhotra (a visit and consultation as a first-time patient) was excellent. The office itself is not difficult to find or access, and the waiting room area is clean and pleasant. The office staff at Princeton Medical Group are very kind and professional -- they were even very understanding regarding a mix-up with my current insurance ID. I would imagine that not to be the case at many other medical offices! The nurse who brought me into the office and took my vitals (unfortunately, I am completely forgetting her name at this time) was exceptionally friendly and professional as well. The wait time between finishing measurements with her and Dr. Malhotra entering the examination room to begin our visit was very short (about 1-2 minutes), which surprised me! The wait with other doctors is usually much longer. Dr. Malhotra listened attentively to my medical history and current concerns, and asked important follow-up questions. He seemed enthusiastic about treating me and having me as a new patient, which was really nice. He was gentle and thorough throughout our appointment, but I also liked that he didn't coddle me or treat me as if I were a child. Although I do hope my current medical concern resolves soon, I am looking forward to visiting Dr. Malhotra again for my yearly physical. I would recommend him and his office to anyone looking for a Primary Care Physician.
Doctor seems to be good but need to take some time listening to patients.
Informative, to the point and friendly
Doctor is nice and he listened to my concerns carefully and explained me what can be done. I can give 5 star. Everything else was nice except the nurse who took care of me before doctor stepped in was not so nice. This is the second time i visited and 2 times she behaved the same way. I even thought of changing my doctor because of her. Thank You
Loved Dr Malhotra. He really takes the time to listen and understand.
Doctor is very attentive and thorough. I always feel like Dr. Malhotra listens and cares. This is pretty unusual these days, but much appreciated! One area for improvement would be the nurse, Diane, who was curt, cold and seemed like she could care less about being there.
for the first time in my life, I appeared at the office at my appointment time, and the nurse was waiting to take me in. I checked in at the front desk and didn't even sit down. Woo!
Dr. Malhotra is a good doctor. I really feel like he listens to me. He is quiet which some may be put off by but I just think it's because he's trying to piece together the symptoms. I would definitely recommend him.
He has a very good bedside manner. He is thoughtful and spent time answering all my questions.
It was good experience ! he was a good listener - would have preferred if he had asked more questions. Would surely visit him again. The monroe office team members very extremly nice and very pleasant -
Dr. Malhotra was extremely welcoming and very informative. He listened to all of my concerns intently and gave me a lot of background on each topic. He was very patient and you could tell he genuinely cared about the appointment. His undivided attention went a far way.
Dr. Malhotra's exam was thorough and he discussed my medical concerns with me without being the least bit patronizing, which I truly appreciate. The group includes some specialists e.g. dermatologists so they are apparently trying to become a "one stop shopping" medical group. This is fairly forward-thinking here in NJ :-) The office seems to be going high tech, with tablets running customer satisfaction survey software, a patient web portal, etc. The office staff was reasonably friendly, and fast. Since my visit was fully covered, I can't yet say how savvy they are with regard to dealing with the minutae of insurance coverage.
Patient and thorough - explained himself in detail, went over results and ensured I understood. Great experience
One of best doctors. Everyone were nice. From recepcionist nurse and doctor. I highly recommend him
