I had a rather long wait, but I'd been squeezed into the schedule, so I didn't mind. Also, I just had an experience with a doctor who was much more concerned about keeping to a schedule than about patient care, so I'm very willing to wait if it means the doctor will take time with me. And Dr. Shah did. It was our first meeting, and I appreciated her calm, professional demeanor. She took time to explain her diagnosis and her recommended course of action. I'm extremely grateful to have found her, especially after my recent bad experience.
