Good doctor, cramped, airless waiting room All pre-filled documents had to be filled again in office. Lots of info that I had to pull from memory

Was quickly seen for back and neck pain. Good evaluation on diagnosing the problem and provided short term pain relief options with minor physical therapy. Will follow up in a week to see if it works.

I've dealt with pain management for many years... Seen a lot of doctors.... People truly in pain know the deal and what goes on with pain management.... dr. bhatia was amazing... Caring... Listened to me... Was not judge mental... Did not look at me like I was just another "addict" .... Really a genuinely wonderful experience in this office... Thumbs up Dr.Bhatia and your staff is great ... Thank you
He answered all my questions and was very helpful
Dr. Bhatia was and is a very respectful person. He has a quiet calming effect on people in pain. I would go to no other doctor for my pain.
As this was my first visit to Dr. Bhatia's office i was expecting the typical experiance unique to the "State Island doctors office visit " such as ,,,Wait times that often exceed one hour , dismisive and hurried support staff and Doctors that rush you in and out of the door. Dr. Bhatia's office is the exception, from the first phone call his support staff was extremely helpful and always pleasnt,i waited less then 10 min. to see the doctor. The offices are spotlessly clean and modern. Dr.Bhatia is easy to speak with and very articulate .When i placed a call to speak to him thru his service he actually returned my call within 15 min,AMAZING !!! I higly recommend Dr. Bhatia !! ps. easy parking in bulidings lot , central location easy to get to.
