Dr. Mumtaz received his medical degree from King Edward Medical University and completed his training at GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER AND WASHINGTON HOSPITAL CENTER IN WASHINGTON DC.
He has been in practice of ear ,nose,throat and head and neck surgery for the last 30 years.
He has been involved with Maryland Medical Society activities and has been its Delegate and Alternate Delegate for the last 20 years and member of various other committees.
He has also been involved in volunteer work and hes been to Haiti and Albania on medical missions for providing free care to the less fortunate.
He takes pride in helping his patients and getting them back to recovery and many of his patients are four generations of families.
He performs major head and neck cancer surgery and thyroid surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery and general ear nose and throat services.
