I am an LMFT psychotherapist authorized to practice in the states of New York and California. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and a Master's from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
My approach to therapy is informed by psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, Jungian studies, and family systems. I use IFS and EMDR as key modalities to help clients restore their self-confidence and relieve emotional pain. Sessions are tailored to address the unique needs of each client and/or couple's relationship.
