“She's not one of those and how does that make you feel kind of therapist if you know what I'm saying she listens she gives out ideas and advice that actually makes me understand what she's saying and explains how to solve solutions she is very nice open minded and caring she makes you feel like you're listened to and she has feedback that is not just a bunch of bs it's real advice not a lot of therapist at least that I've seen personally actually communicate back properly with the patient like she does if I'm making any sense I hope I am”

Hi there, I go by Michele. Life can be difficult at times. You might feel like it can never get better and like you have to get through it on your own. My job is to help you get through these difficult times and to give you the skills you need to feel empowered to face any obstacle that comes your way. I have years of experience helping people from all walks of life find their idea of happiness and make it a reality. I work hard at being flexible and providing you with the kind of help that you want and need. Whether you're dealing with current or past issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together! I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Ursuline College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to start my first session by introducing you to the ins and outs of therapy. At that session I also want to know what is going on in your life, your strengths, weaknesses and what you want to work on. Each session I will check in with you on what you feel is the biggest concern that you need to work on. I often ask just the right questions to lead you to discover the healing and wisdom that you need. My goal is to get you to a point that you feel confident that you can function and enjoy life without my support.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
