Ms April is my favorite provider. She listens, communicates and doesn’t rush at all. I was even sent a pharmacy discount card to help with costs. I book my follow-ups before the appointment is over. Amazing

April is hands down the best. As someone who hasn’t had a great experience with mental health providers, she is a true game changer. She isn’t someone who judges, but rather listens to your problems. From medication management to venting about your day, she is amazing. And the telehealth model is an absolute game changer! I can have therapy at home on my couch, or in my car at work on my lunch break. I am so glad I found her!

Ashley Davis, NP was a fantastic provider. She ensured that I was treated quickly and promptly on a weekend day which is not something one would expect. She goes above and beyond to ensure the patient is covered from beginning to the moment my prescription was picked up. She spoke with the pharmacist to ensure medication availability and she was even able to secure a pharmacy for me for future appointments. She was absolutely excellent during the visit and the moments to follow. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this provider in Louisiana, she is clearly excellent!

Mrs. April made me feel very welcome and her approach was non judgmental. She was a great listener and really cared about how I felt emotionally and mentally. She wasn’t pushy with medicine and gave me plenty of options that would be best for me and my situation.

Appointment was scheduled accordingly. I arrived and was seen at scheduled time. Mrs. Davis was attentive and listened to my concerns. She then prescribed therapy In accordance with our discussion. I feel like the my treatment plan is working well and I will continue to see Mrs. Davis.
