Very professional. I was impressed with Crystal Run in general.
I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Lucero and I'm glad I went with the referral. My visit with Dr. Lucero was great. It was quick and painless. I saw her and she referred me to the xray department. Between check in-meeting with Dr. Lucero-going for xray I was in and out in one hour and was at work by 9am. I would definitely refer Dr. Lucero to my friends and family
She was very nice, but not as thorough as my previous doctor.
Very gentle and extremely professional. Proficent eith psoerwork I needed. Assistsnts were all very polite too.
I thought the doctor was very nice but I had originally thought she was an OB, (search engine and her name came up). However, she was not and had to schedule an appointment with OB and pay another appointment fee now when i go.. So starting over again and no answer to medical issue.
It was a very quick visit and the Doctor didn't seem interested in knowing my history or why I was there.
Very professional, informative and most helpful in booking future appointments needed.
The wait time was a bit in accurate I arrived very early for my appointment and yes I did have to wait but again I was early and I anticipated paperwork of which there was minimal and I was taking at the appropriate time I was very pleased about the entire experience and I'm grateful that I took the chance and went to this office
Instead of looking at my charts to see I've lost 20 pounds in the last year, she told me I'm overweight and need to go on a diet. Well maybe she should've asked me first if I am already dieting and trying to lose weight before making me feel horrible about the 20 pounds I've already lost. She also tried to do a bunch of blood work for whatever reason when I was only there to get a physical so I could attend school this semester.
Very good doctor
Very organized and modern facility. I waited more than 30 minutes in an empty waiting room so not sure what happened.
She was really sweet and took time to listen to me and guide me on my concerns about my health.
She listened to all my questions and explained everything to me. She didn't rush through the appointment. She called back as soon as she got my blood work and went over it with me. She was very kind and sweet.
So sweet and educated
