She listens to you and will provide an explanation as to your condition and options for reconciling the problem. You as the patient make the final decision. I could only chose "more than two hours" because there was no "We are sorry, you booked an appointment with Dr. Tweedt and you aren't her patient" option. My advice, even if you have to wait 20 minutes for reception to answer the phone, do it. We booked online for the nurse practitioner and then it ended up an appt with Dr. Tweedt.
