I'm never in the office for longer than necessary, but she doesn't rush you and answers all of your questions. You can tell she really cares. She's very knowledgeable and is very good at "dumbing it down" for me to understand.

Aprill Rambarran, M.D. (formerly Dr. Rowe) is the full-time physician at the new Spring location. She has her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and her medical degree from UT Medical Branch. Afterwards she completed her residency at the Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Rowe spent a great deal of time practicing at a critical care hospital and rural health clinic where she saw patients of all ages and even delivered babies. Dr. Rowe’s special interests include women’s health, children’s preventative care and providing comprehensive medical to care families. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, gardening and cooking. She enjoys spending time with her family and learning about new places and cultures that she hopes to visit one day.

New to the area I thought it prudent to establish care with someone. The office is extremely clean, organized, and all staff were friendly and kind. The wait? It was horrible. With that said, Dr Aprill (can I just call her that) made it worth my while. She apologized profusely more than once about the wait, I didn't feel rushed, and I also didn't feel pressured. She answered my questions, explained her exam style, and addressed my concerns succinctly. She also doesn't seem to be an alarmist, which is my preference in a physician....a little watchful waiting goes a long way! Conversely, while she's not an alarmist, she's also not afraid to get her "hands dirty". She will do minor skin lesion procedures right in office. That's so beneficial. Between that and her commitment to women's healthcare, she really is one stop shopping!
The office has an electronic patient portal system which is wonderful to me. I love anything that prevents me from having to make another visit! Oh and there is a phlebotomist and lab right in the medical practice...again another time saver I appreciate.
All in all, I'm very pleased with my new physician and even if I don't see her for 5 years I'm glad to know she's there if I need her! ??

Dr Rowe is very nice. The staff was nice accept for 1 person and that was the Hispanic lady at the front desk. My family and I don't go to the doctors often, it's usually just routine physicals. I was dissapointed and though about changing providers. I have until 06/2017 to decide.
