Dr. McNeil was very attentive and helpful, however how her assistants and how the office was ran was a little unprofessional and disorganized, it made me a little skeptical.

I was a first time patient. I had a pretty simple cough, and got the prescription I needed. Doctor was polite and helpful. The appointment was short because my medical issues were fairly straight-forward. I would recommend her and go again myself. There was a short wait, but much better than many other places -- only about 5-10 minutes.

Dr. McNeil was very nice and approachable. Her staff and office are horrendous. I waited for over 45 minutes and there were no patients before me, but they double booked me. The second person in the waiting room decided to bail out of the appointment. I would look elsewhere.
