Crystal Run is clearly ran by overworked and overwhelmed staff as it an ordeal to speak with someone (you have to go through multiple prompts, then wait for a return call, then if you miss it, do it all over again). Needless to say, It's a major process to get in touch with a human if you have questions or need medical records. Also when you get labwork or any testing done, the doctor won't call you with results ASAP - you have to wait until your follow up appointment which could be 2-3 weeks out to review results.
My most recent appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours in advance for an outpatient procedure (which I had taken the day off for) - I was then offered an appointment one month out with no flexibility despite that they cancelled ON ME so last minute. I'm in the healthcare field and I would never treat patients this way. Dr. Narla herself was fine, pleasant but seemed to lack experience and answered questions with bare minimum answers. I'll be taking my health issue elsewhere as I've lost trust completely with this team .

It was very pleasant. As someone who is afraid of doctors I was very surprised by the kindness of the staff and their patience with me. Dr. Narla explained everything very well is very thorough. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I played phone tag, faxed my info from my PCP, and never heard back. I called multiple times and told them when to call or leave a quick message on what types of test she thought maybe my PCP missed. I felt like the appointment was too quick with regards to my concerns from my condotoons and also I paid cash up front and they still sent me a bill. I don't think she might be a bad doctor but crystal run healthcare is sub-par.
