The staff is very friendly very professional. My wait time was less than 20min did not have to wait long in the room for the doctor to see me he walked in as soon as I went in the patient room.

I really like Dr. Malamud but I feel his office staff is very inefficient. I have had 2 negative experiences. 1st time I had requested them to fax my prescription to my preferred pharmacy, and when I went to the pharmacy at the end of the night and found out the prescriptions were never sent. I originally wanted the doctor's office to email the prescription, but they said the office didn't have such capability, which sounds absurd. 2nd negative experience was when my lab results were faxed to the phone number that was listed on the doctor's note with the lab request. The day of my appointment with Dr. Malamud I find out from the receptionist that they never received the results. I had to research and get to the bottom of the miscommunication for nearly 45 minutes and have it faxed to a NEW number per receptionist. Clearly the phone number listed on all their note pads is incorrect.
It was a very frustrating experience working with his staff.

I had to call him many times to hear about my tests results that they already had in the office and never call me. I had to call over and over to know what was going on. Awful administration.
Now I'm taking my time to pay the same way they did with me.

Dr. Malamud is very friendly. I was really glad to find him. One thing I would improve about his office is the waiting time. I feel that even if I show early to my appointment, it always takes at least 30 mins to see the doc.

Dr. Malamud made me feel very comfortable, and like I could have a conversation about what was going on rather than just reporting symptoms. He was sure to ask many questions and explained his plan for diagnosis and why he was taking certain approaches and what exactly he was looking for, and was very clear about what to expect in terms of follow-up.

I was amazed how fast I was called in. I asked at the desk how long will be the wait. I was told about 45 min. When I told that I was from ZocDoc, i was immediately rushed in a different waiting room. Dentro de less than five min. I was seeing the Dr. It was super. I felt like a super star.
