This was a fine place to go if you don't need any real treatment. I just needed to update my prescription and order more contacts. I felt the exam itself wasn't very thorough, so I would go somewhere else if I felt I needed someone that gave more time for the appointment. Fine if you need something quick though! I did have to wait fo a bit in order to be seen, but I didn't mind.

Ms. Roberts was great. But, I wasn't called or notified when my glasses were ready. I called a week after they were ready to check but they claimed I was called but if so, they didn't leave a voicemail. When I went to pick them up and mentioned it, the woman at pick up began to make excuses saying maybe it was my phone and that they also don't make 2nd phone calls to let clients know glasses are ready. I can only assume they'd keep my glasses and all the money I paid. I told her that was lazy and totally unprofessional. I'll never return and let others know not to. The worst.

The office atmosphere is calm and friendly. I waited less than ten minutes to be seen and my appointment was efficient and thorough. I also got to walk out with new trial contacts right away!

I had a wonderful experience. Ana was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained all answers to the questions I asked her in detailed making me happy and took her time with me as I chose a frame also the Dr. was great and friendly, excellent staff!! Will return with my children.
