All in all the visit was fine. But, I didn't get the medication that I was used to. I switched doctors to be closer to home and hope fully she will read his notes and get me my appropriate medication, cause I need it with all the stuff I'm going through. But, all in all the doctor was very nice and I liked her very much!

She is genuinely is attentive and cares about each and everyone of her patients and doesn't exclude new patients as "other" she takes time to get to know you and your background history and where you're at today, and treat you with extra attentiveness and special care. Definitely a Phenomenal office great people definitely will be back for my follow up with dr mcneall!!

It's important to me to feel I'm being listened to and taken seriously by my doctor, and for my doctor to discuss issues with me rather than take an authoritarian approach. I chose Dr. McNeal based on her good reviews, but I was really disappointed. She didn't greet me, her attitude was dismissive, and she didn't seem to be interested in talking to me at all. She didn't seem to pay enough attention to even get a clear understanding of my issues, and failed to talk with me about one of the three things I told the nurse I needed to discuss with her. She acted like I was crazy when I told her that I thought a particular over-the-counter medication was bad for me, when I know it causes GI problems and that is one of my issues, and it reacts with another medication I take. She left the examining room without my even being aware the visit was over until the nurse came and said I was done. I'm really amazed at all the wonderful reviews saying how great Dr. McNeal is with her patients and wondering why I got such poor treatment. The other staff I encountered there were all great.

I was very impressed with both Dr. McNeal and the entire staff at the office. I only waited maybe a total of ten minutes before being seen, was treated by a friendly nurse and Dr. McNeal was very prompt and sweet throughout my visit. As a new patient, I can say I am definitely going back!
