My appointment was Sept 18 10:00 am and I arrived @9:44 am and no one was there @ this office. I talked to someone from another business inside the building and they he's comings jst wait til 10 (but wheres the secretary) so I waited and waited and by now 10:10 am and No one has showed up to this so i left ams return home
