Dr. Zedd is an excellent physician, however the temple hills office is very unpleasant. The workers there are very unprofessional and lack the skills required to do their job successfully. I've only had one appointment at this office and this is due to the fact that prior to me being able to go to a second appointment, they called and left a voicemail stating that Dr. Zedd will no longer be in the office and that I need to reschedule. Therefore I call back to reschedule my appointment and the lady that answered my call said she had no idea what I was talking about and was going to call me back to confirm. Well, I never received a call back so I called again the following day. This time the lady on the phone confirmed that I indeed needed to reschedule my appoint and gave me a couple of appointment options I could choose from. Following scheduling my appointment, I go to my appointment only to be told once again that Dr. Zedd is not in the office and they meant to send a call out to inform me. I never received a call or voicemail this time and was forced to leave the office and reschedule my appointment once again. Now just to inform the readers, this appoint is for my One Month old son. If this appointment was for me, I wouldn't be so angry, but since it was for the well being and health of my new born son I am enraged and will never book an appointment with this office nor recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Zedd is an excellent ped. He takes his time with his patient. He saw my son today for his 6 month check up and for a cold. He took his time with my son checking everything thoroughly. Dr. Zedd always answer all my questions and always returned my calls.
