Arpie is amazing!
I have never needed a dietician, however a medical anomaly led me to seek a consultation. I went to the appointment with some apprehension which was immediately allayed by her friendly manner. She created a meal plan that was flexible and easy to follow. I am very optimistic about reaching my goals-as a former comic, her sense of humor also made the experience fun!

Many more people are having busier lifestyles and need a tool and guidance for weight loss. She believes strongly through her coaching and guidance she can empower her clients to make sustainable changes over time for lifelong health and fitness improvement.
Arpie is also a fitness guru and exercises on a weekly basis. She has run full and half marathons and plans to do more. She also believes that the key to losing weight is not only what you eat but also how you treat your body. Exercise is very important and should be incorporated with everyone’s life, even if it means just walking a few times a week.
