Dr. Sheikh is direct and knowledgeable.
Dr. Sheikh was much a 'gentleman' physician. When my sister and I met him, she was not only observing him, but also watching my facial expressions while talking with him. I can truly say that this was the first doctor that I felt absolutely at peace with. I am not the type of person who takes to anything medical without trepidation, but Dr. Sheikh's calm manner and truthfulness in his voice and mannerisms. Even when he was describing the procedure that he wanted to do, my heart was not pounding as it usually does. He told my sister and I to go home, talk about my decision, and if I/we had any more questions, to please call him and he would be glad to go answer them as precisely as possible. He said that he looked forward to being my gyn and would wait to hear from me so that the procedure could be scheduled. Thus far, I have not called him, but I do indeed intend to do so. I would recommend him to anyone as 'petrified' of the medical profession as I am. Even my sister told him that she had never seen me that calm with any physician.
The doctors visit went well I would recamend other people
