Dr. Umer was nice and fast, straight to the point. Although my appointment was at 11:15 I didn't get called back until 12. I made sure to fill all the paperwork out online so I wouldn't have to when I arrived to the office but I still had to fill out the exact same paperwork. That was my only complaint though.

In 2001 Dr. Umer relocated his practice to Houston, Texas where he worked with In-Patient Consultants of Texas, a nation-wide hospital network. He devoted most of his time in the management of critically ill patients in intensive care at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital and West Houston Medical Center.
In 2003, Dr. Arshad Umer founded Medistop Clinic with the mission of establishing a comprehensive out-patient health care system in Sugar Land, TX. Since 2003, Medistop Clinic has cared for hundreds and thousands of patients in managing their illnesses and health care needs. In 2010, Medistop Clinic system expanded with the opening of a new clinic to serve the rapidly growing community of Katy, TX with Dr. Lesly Dessieux taking care of the Katy patients. Dr. Dessieux is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative therapy with over 6 years of experience.
