Dr. Friedman was very helpful he listens to me and did his very best to keep me satisfied he even introduce me to a soft lens that was more thinner and more comfortable in my eyes he didn’t stop until he found the correct lens for me and for my glasses they also recommend the anti glare and a thinner lens which works very well with me Dr. Friedman also gave me a couple bottles of contacts lens solutions and eye care stuff. I must say he’s more of an old school type of doctor and I am very pleased.

Terrible staff and service after they made the mistake by giving me the wrong glasses I get the insurance company on the phone per their request, Dr. Friedman's receptionist starts to argue with the insurance company that they are wrong. Don't go there they are horrible.

I took my son he is 8 for me the Dr whom ever they are needs to have patience , also make my son feel conformable . To me he has low patience he speaks very low he is older so you have to constantly keep asking him to speak up then he gets irritated .

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. Making my initial appointment online was fast and simple and saved me the trouble of having to fill out paperwork at the office. The women at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming and the doctor was very competent and easy to talk to. I did have a longer than expected wait time before I was seen however; a little more than half an hour, unfortunately that seems to be the case at most doctor's offices. The best aspect of this office was that my insurance was accepted here. I definitely plan on coming back for future appointments.
