Have called an cancelled twice then have rescheduled current appointment three times and the doctor I scheduled with isn’t accepting new patients but now waiting on another doctor front he practice which the first time I wasn’t asked if I wanted another provider this appt today has been changed three times now. Very frustrating trying to keep up with appts and keep my 7 year old close by for an appt when she has adhd and doesn’t stop moving.

I was scheduled for an appointment as I was told Arthur Glick was accepting new patients. I made an appointment and then was told he is not accepting new patients, although I checked again and it says he is. I was given a different time and then was told there was a confusion with that time. So, I was given a 7:40 time on 12/4 and multiple reminders to provide my ID and insurance information. I provided what was requested. I continued to get reminders for my 3:00 appointment with Arthur Glick, unsure of if the appointment was happening so I waited and there was no call. So, I waited for the time at 7:40 with Sujiery Pena. Again, no phone call. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and 100% unreliable. These people are dealing with individuals mental health and what I just experienced was outright disgraceful. I would never, ever recommend the above names and their association.

Awful awful experience. First they rescheduled 3 times and when I finally spoke to the doctor he was unwilling to help and was extremely negative. The whole experience was disheartening. He is an awful person and I wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE.

As a person with ADHD I know I talk too much, but so should a doctor. When he asked me questions I would give 2-3 sentence answers and he started cutting me off.

First appointment was great. It was an intake to see if I needed medication. 2nd appointment was with a doctor that prescribes medication, which I explicitly said I do not need. My 3rd appointment was with the actual therapist. She was 10 mins late. 4th appointment, which was my second one with the therapist ; she no showed and they charged my card. They didnt even have the decency to reply to my messages or calls.

After making my appointment I was told through text that the doctor isn’t accepting new patients and that a fill in nurse would see me instead. The nurse wasn’t very thorough when prescribing my meds and the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy.

I hate old male psychiatrists. They just handwave all your current issues and say it's bad parenting during childhood, which makes sense since they were born in the same time period as Sigmund Freud. I'm 30 years old I know what issues i had inherited from my parents already, I just needed a written note for the government and he refused to give it to me unless I saw him more times. Incredibly rude, he laughed when I said I was getting discriminated in public and after I hung up on him he kept calling me multiple times.

Waited for the doctor not sure if not on the website for show. Told appointment no one showed . Called the office told no insurance card submitted then told it was but can't have the appointment. Then did an intake told to look on the website and booked. Then told that provider is not taking new patient-pushed a provider when you put their NPI number is under investigation. Then when brought it up told they will use it to learn in the future. Ridiculous went on zoc doc for help not so the office can learn how to treat people with respect or even book /coordinate.
