Amazing! Thorough, very gentle. Offered great tips and recommendations. Very comfortable to interact with, caring and kind. Everyone was great.
Dr. Saproo takes the time to talk with her patients, and in this case patient and parent, to ensure all questions are answered and concerns addressed. She also takes the time to educate her patients. Dr. Saproo also has an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr. Saproo to anyone looking for a compassionate and codependent PCP.

Extremely poor bedside manners, I do not recommend this physician if you have questions about your health.
Very direct and professional. She was able to address some difficult issues in our initial meeting.

Dr. Saproo was very thorough with her examination. She was very professional and courteous
They need to rework the whole system. The doctor did not listen, called the parent a liar.
She was very easy to talk to. I loved her sense of humor. :)
Seemed rush, but acted like she knew everything!
have had scheduling issues multiple times. i booked appointment for a physical and they called to reschedule stating appt time was not acceptable for a physical. finally got appoint and then they said they couldn't do the physical that day cause i was a new patient and it had to be done in 2 appointments then they re scheduled i showed up on the day and time written on the appointment card they agreed to and they had it in the computer a week later. they are not on top of things at this office

Great, as always!
The doctor was professional and somewhat friendly, but the office staff were not. I waited over an hour and no one apologized, including the doctor. When I asked, they said I had arrived too early for my appointment (five minutes prior) and must have had the wrong time. Also, because this is an Urgent Care Clinic, there was an emergency during my appointment. The fire truck blocked my car in and I was unable to leave until the patient was ready to be transported. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating experience due to the amount of time wasted waiting.

Dr. Saproo is no nonsense and very upfront. I appreciate her honesty and suggestions. Dr. Saproo isn't rude rather you know what she needs you to do. My husband and son both see her and I would if I had insurance.
Amazing! Thorough, very gentle. Offered great tips and recommendations. Very comfortable to interact with, caring and kind. Everyone was great.
An exceptional doctor, who listens to all my concerns and creates a health plan that meets my emotional, psychological and health needs.

the location is quiet and clean I was able be seen on the same day and everyone was nice and friendly. I was able to get the appointment online and got a call to come in early for my first visit. I was also able to get my medical records transferred to this location. I will be going back. This has now become my first option.
We are moving our family from University Hospitals to Dr. Arti Saproo because after years of seeing doctors at the University, she made us feel like a person-not a drive through for doctors visit. We appreciated the time she took, her explanation of the procedures and future treatment. We where VERY PLEASED!!

She was great. Friendly and funny, i loved her.
Verified patient
Very good, thorough.
She is very knowledgeable, but I had to wait 40 minutes to be brought back to a room, then another 10 for my prescription alone. She seemed a bit rushed (She saw Urgent Care patients in between her scheduled appointments) So my appointment was at 2:10 and I left the office at 3:40. Maybe I just went in on a busy day....
